Thank you for choosing Bigdiscount. We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. Due to the nature of art and customized products, our return policy is specific.

Eligibility for Returns (Very Limited)
Returns are only considered under these strict conditions:

  • The artwork received is materially different from what was described and shown on the product page (e.g., a different subject or major color discrepancy, not minor screen variations).
  • The artwork arrives with physical damage that occurred in transit and was not noted upon delivery inspection.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The artwork must be in its original, unaltered condition, with all original packaging and certificates of authenticity.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Original, one-of-a-kind paintings, unless damaged in transit.
  • Any custom or commissioned artwork (size alterations, specific subject requests).
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
  • Damage due to customer handling after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return Inquiry

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email m18634405179@163.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, detailed reason for the return, and clear photographs illustrating the issue (e.g., damage, discrepancy).
  2. Review & Authorization: We will review your case. If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions. Do not ship anything back without an RA number.
  3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and packaging to our standards. The artwork must be repackaged in its original protective materials. We recommend using a trackable, insured service.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any original shipping costs, within 10 business days of receiving the undamaged artwork. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items, not for change of preference. For damaged items, we may offer a repair, replacement (if available), or refund.
