At Bigdiscount, we understand that an oil painting is not just a product, but a piece of art and an investment. Our specialized shipping and handling procedures are designed to ensure your artwork reaches you safely, securely, and in pristine condition.

Order Processing

  • Processing & Preparation Time: Each original painting is carefully inspected, and reproduction orders are meticulously prepared. Order processing typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Additional time may be required for large or custom pieces.
  • Order Verification: For accuracy and security, all orders undergo a verification review before processing begins.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at m18634405179@163.com. We can only accommodate such requests if the order has not yet entered the preparation and packaging stage.

Packaging & Protection
Every artwork is treated with the utmost care. Paintings are professionally packaged using acid-free materials, corner protectors, and sturdy custom-fit boxes to prevent damage during transit. Canvases are never folded.

Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship our artwork worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the painting, and are displayed transparently at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Art Shipping (Rolled Canvas): 10-25 business days after dispatch. More economical, requires local stretching/framing.
  • Premium Art Shipping (Stretched & Framed): 15-35 business days after dispatch. For ready-to-hang deliveries. Higher cost due to specialized crating.
  • Express Art Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee; please contact us for a quote.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary significantly based on destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules. Large or high-value shipments may require direct coordination.

Important Note on Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices. We provide necessary commercial invoices to facilitate clearance.

Order Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and instructions.

  • Address Accuracy: You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses.
  • Delivery & Inspection: A signature is usually required. Upon delivery, inspect the packaging immediately in the presence of the carrier if possible. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. Bigdiscount’s liability ends once the package is signed for and accepted as “delivered” by the carrier.

Addressing Shipping Concerns

  • Package in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for over 30 business days, contact us.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If the outer packaging is damaged, take photos before opening. If the artwork inside is damaged, notify us within 24 hours by emailing m18634405179@163.com with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and the artwork. We will initiate a claim with the carrier.
